How do we do it? We take a boots-on-the-ground approach to everything we do. We aren’t sitting high in an office, managing from afar. Jay: Willow Run

In all of our Arise communities, personal connection matters. We understand the value of a kind word, an open hand, and a listening ear. That’s why, in addition to providing a safe and comfortable physical environment for our residents, we also focus on meeting their greater needs, including financial success, emotional well-being, and divine support.

Willow Run resident Jay knows this firsthand. When pandemic-induced job struggles made rent an uncertain reality, Jay turned to his community manager. Together, they secured housing assistance that allowed Jay to stay in his home, relieving his financial anxiety and offering hope for the future.

Bree: Lost Creek Ranch
